1) Go to the EPSON download link http://download.ebz.epson.net/dsc/search/01/search/?OSC=LX
2) Searching using the term v33
3) You will find 2 packages a) (i)Core & (ii)Data package b) iscan plugin package.
4) You have to first install a.ii. If you are on ubuntu 13.04 64-bit, find the package “iscan-dat****all.deb”
5) Then you have to install, a.i. For that find the package “iscan_***~usb0.1.ltdl*_amd64.deb”. In the place of stars, you will have version numbers. Choosing the latest ones worked for me.
6) Now in the same way, find package 2 which will be named something like “esci-interpreter-perfection-v330_0.2.0-1_amd64”.
7) Only after a restart, it started working for me.
